Have you ever tried to deduce the dynamics of country to country relationship based on Sun Signs (Zodiac). Just like people, country characteristics and their relationships can also be observed through their sun signs. Lets look at a few country examples.

Characteristics : Libra is outgoing in its energy. A Cardinal (assertive and creative) sign, Libra governs partnerships, the arts, and making sense of self in relation to others. Librans have charisma and an easy way about them. Combine this with their desire for popularity and the approval of others, they will never compromise principle in order to gain approval, they know the danger of taking such shortcuts. Anger is rarely expressed but, when it is, it's as though a tornado has gone through a room.

Characteristics : Cancer is reactive in its energy. They are emotionally intense and deeper than they appear on the surface, while quite impressionable and understanding once you get through their tough exterior. The shell, represents the crust or armour which hides extreme sensitivity and shyness, as well as physical and psychological vulnerability. Completion is not a reality for them until they are able to lavish their protectiveness on the family. Because of their strong need for security, they will do whatever is needed to establish and serve that security.
They are noted for their diplomacy and seldom fail to achieve their goals. However, when they are hurt, they may behave in a senseless manner, being unable to collaborate with others. At times they can behave extremely childishly and stubbornly. Although they appear gentle and tranquil, their inner thoughts are difficult to fathom. Since few ever really comprehend how Cancerians feel, they rarely get the understanding they need from others.
