Why Mr President ?

Dear Mr President, U.S.A
I listened to your speech yesterday condoling the massive death and destruction caused by the tsunamis in Asia. I thought I should thank you for taking time off from your busy holiday schedule to pass on this message to the Asian people. I was particulary happy to see your quick response to the tragedy. Your turnaround time of 3 days (or was it 4) to appear before the press to say a few words is commendable.

Also thank you for the initial $35 million released for the victims. I guess the effected countries can work wonders with this huge amount. Nevermind the "stingy" remark by a UN official., post which you bumped up the sum to $350 million. A very noble gesture indeed.

So, wish you, Mrs Bush and your daughters a very happy new year.

I would'nt want to hold you for long, please do get back to your busy vacation.
